Jeffrey Bill, M.D.
Founder & CEO
Dr. Bill has lived in the Cincinnati area his entire life. He opened his first medication-assisted treatment center in Miami Heights in 2007. After seeing how effective medication-assisted treatment was at treating opioid use disorder, he went on to study addiction in depth. He eventually earned a board certification in Addiction Medicine. In 2013 he opened one of Ohio’s first opiate treatment programs.
Steven Smith
COO & Clinical Director
Steve grew up in Kentucky and has lived in the Cincinnati area since 2005. He has worked in behavioral health since 2000, with a primary focus on addiction and family mental health. Steve has been working with Dr. Bill since 2010 in an effort to help individuals overcome opioid addiction. In his free time, Steve loves to spend time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys baseball history, cigars, and cooking.
