The Team

Mark Allen, LCDCII

Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor

Rebecca Luckner, BSN, LSW, LCDCIII

Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor

I began working in the addiction field when I need a change in my career path. I offer hope & direction to our patients in a way that encourages sharing & confidentiality. I am mindful of the fragile state of early recovery, having experienced my own recovery of 17 years. I provide a safe place for sharing of feelings and recovery experiences. I provide patient-centered care, individualized attention and education about the addiction and recovery process.

Sharlene Ross, MSW, LSW

Behavioral Therapist

I graduated from the University of Akron with a Master’s degree in Social Work where I majored in Addiction Studies. I have a passion for working with individuals who struggle with addiction. I recently celebrated 6 years of recovery myself and understand the struggles they are experiencing. I am dedicated to assisting our patients as they change and grow through the recovery process.
