Why Lower Lights Christian Health Center?

Lower Lights Christian Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with six locations in Franklin and Union County, serving 14,000 patients each year. We provide whole person care including primary care, behavioral health, psych, pharmacy, prenatal care, dental, vision, nutrition services, spiritual care and a food prescription program. We see all people regardless of ability to pay. Sliding fees are available based on income and family size. Assistance applying for Medicaid is also available. Interpretation services provided.

Addiction treatment is integrated with primary care. Our model is whole person care available to all regardless of the abilty to pay. Onsite 340b Pharmacy available.
