The Team

Jaime Richardson

Director of Customer Care Services

Jaime Richardson has been part of the Addiction Services Council staff since May 2011. Starting in a role as Program Support, she has been able to see the growth of the Addiction Services Council and the continued impact of the agency on the community. She took on the role of Director of Customer Care Services in January of 2016, and is manager of both of the Ohio and Kentucky crisis helplines, in which the Addiction Services Council receives over 22,000 calls a year.

Michael Kidder

Customer Care Manager

Michael Kidder has been with the Addiction Services Council staff since 2013 as a Customer Care Manager. Michael, as well as the other Customer Care staff, are part of the Ohio and Kentucky helpline team, complete initial intakes with client's seeking treatment services, and provide clients with rapid case management and clinical triage services after the client completes their assessment.

Adam Webb

Customer Care Manager/Clinical Triage

Adam Webb has been a part of the Addiction Services Council staff since 2008. Adam is part of the Customer Care Team, in which he is part of the Ohio and Kentucky helpline, completes initial intakes for clients seeking treatment services, and provides clinical triage services to individuals after their assessment for placement. Adam spends a lot of time in the community providing outreach at food pantries, police stations, and other agencies to get clients connected with treatment services.

Sara Seiter

Customer Care Manager

Sara Seiter has been part of the Addiction Services Council staff since 2016. Sara is part of the Customer Care Team, in which she is part of the Ohio and Kentucky helpline, completes initial intakes on clients seeking treatment services, and provides rapid case management to clients after completion of their assessment. Sara spends a lot of her time providing outreach to individuals in the area at food pantries and other agencies to get client's connected with treatment services.
